At Howling Dog Alaska, we want you and your canine companion to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Clean and Inspect

  Ensure the item is completely free of dog hair, dirt, and odors; items returned in used condition will be subject to a cleaning fee or rejection.

  Fill Out the Form

  Complete the Return/Exchange form included in your original shipment or download it from our website to specify if you would like a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the item and the completed form into a secure shipping box or mailer, ensuring the product is protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our warehouse using your preferred trackable shipping carrier; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
